I've only seen a handful of episodes (and I've read a tie-in novel) but I thought the characters were fantastic. Sometimes subtle is better, and just the way Napoleon threatens the woman in order to save Illya is amazing- dramatic with strong emotions of every kind under the surface. And Illya wanting not to be rescued because he's rather die than infect his friends *sigh* Thanks for recing this!
